Strawberry Bread

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 pkg 16 oz. Frozen Strawberries (Thawed)
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, oil and eggs.
  3. Add baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Fold in Strawberries.
  5. Pour into greased bread pan and bake for 1 hour.

Hot Chocolate Mix

  • 1 Can Nestles Quick (You can use the cheap stuff) 3 cups
  • 1 box instant dry milk – 8 cups
  • 1 Cup Cremora (any non-dairy creamer)
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup baking cocoa
  1. Mix it all together and then warm up a small glass of milk.
  2. Test it and add what you think it needs. That’s what I did.
  3. I’ve heard cinnamon is really good in it.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Chicken Breasts (Skinless & Boneless)
  • 1 Bottle 12 oz. Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 Pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 Pkg 5 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Bottle 16 oz. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 
1. Boil large Chicken Breast until done, cut chicken into small pieces and then shred it.
2. In medium bowl, mix chicken pieces and Franks sauce. Then pour in 9×13 pan.
3. In medium sauce pan, heat cream cheese, blue cheese and Ranch dressing,on low until well blended.
4. Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken.
5. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top
6. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese has lightly browned.
    Serve warm with corn chips and celery.
